A pellet stove combines the warmth of a wood stove with the convenience of a boiler. You fill the hopper, an auger carries pellets to the burn pot, an igniter lights them and fans manage combustion air and warm air circulation. Manufacturing stoves in Kestel, Bursa since 1957, we design our pellet stove models to be simple and reliable in daily use.
How to Choose the Right Output
As a rule of thumb, plan for roughly 0.08–0.12 kW per square metre. Use the lower figure for well-insulated flats and the higher one for top floors or older buildings.

Routine Maintenance
- Empty the burn pot every day or two and keep its air holes open.
- Clean the ash drawer and the glass once a week.
- Brush the smoke channels and the area around the fans once a month.
- Have the flue checked at the end of every heating season and empty the hopper before summer.
Installation and Fuel
A pellet stove needs a sealed flue connection with as few bends as possible, clearance for servicing and a grounded socket. Frequently Asked Questions
How large an area does a pellet stove heat?
As a rule of thumb, allow 0.08–0.12 kW per square metre; an 8 kW stove, for example, covers roughly 100 m² in a well-insulated home and about 65 m² in a poorly insulated one. Layout, ceiling height and window area also matter.
Does a pellet stove work without electricity?
No. The auger, fans and control board need power. Consumption is low during operation and peaks only for a few minutes while the igniter is on.
Can I burn wood in a pellet stove?
No. The burn pot and feed system are designed for pellets only. For logs, a cast iron stove is the right choice.
